        Secretary Lynn Fehr called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM at Golden Corral Restaurant with 7   members present and 1 guest Don Dugan.  Lynn introduced Don to the club members.  Don is active in control line flying with the Orbiting Eagles Club.

       Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the March 2, 2010 meeting.  A motion was made by David Piper to accept the minutes as read.  The motion was seconded and carried.

       Treasurer Dale Parker back from a Texas fishing trip gave the Treasurer’s Report.  A motion was made to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read.  The motion was seconded and carried.

       Don Dugan joined the C.O.B.R.A.S. club and was welcomed by the members present.

       Lynn Fehr gave a report on President Larry Puls who is currently at JEMH Hospital.  He stated that Larry was improving after major surgery.  Larry will be out for awhile to recuperate.  Lynn said he would keep members informed through the club’s web site which is serviced by member Keith Paskewitz.  Lynn also read a thank you note from the family of John Gilbert Jr. for the flowers sent by the C.O.B.R.A.S. club for John’s funeral service. 

OLD BUSINESS

       A canvas shelter such as that used on motor homes and RV trailers was discussed for the flying field.  It would be mounted to the building.  Dale Parker said if any welding is required he would do it.

NEW BUSINESS

       As voted at the Feb 9, 2011 meeting, Dale Parker can buy the 5 mower blades that need to be replaced.

       With no further business David Piper made a motion that was seconded and carried to adjourn at 7:30PM. 

SHOW AND TELL

       Lynn brought 4 old Sterling Kits which will make ideal Park Flyers with wingspans from 31” to 35 1/2”.
