President Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:14 pm at American
Legion Post #2 with 9 members present.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the executive meting on January
11, 2010. The minutes of the December 2, 2010 meeting were read. Dean
Dingman made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Seconded and
carried.
Treasurer Dale Parker gave the Treasurer's report. A motion was made to
accept the Treasurer's report as presented. Seconded and carried

BUSINESS
Bud Kilnoski presented a check from the sale of Larry Harris airplane
models which were donated by Vicki to the club. A motion was made that
we send a Thank you card to Vicki for the donation signed by COBRAS
members. Seconded and carried.
Since there was no old business a motion was made to adjourn the meeting
at 7:46 pm.
SHOW AND TELL
Dale Parker showed his partially built Sig Liberty sport biplane.
Ben Hall showed a Stombecker solid model of a B-26 Invader. Also he
brought 2 stick & tissue models that are approximately 65 years old.
They were a Japanese Zero and a Curtiss Robin.
Ed Splittgerber showed his finished HU-16 Albatross. The wingspan is 84"
wingspan. Ed explained some construction methods.
A Dawn Patrol Raffle was drawn with Dean Dingman winning the 1909
Demoiselle Kit.
