FEBRUARY 9, 2011
President Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM at
American Legion Post #2 with 8 members present.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the January 5, 2010 meeting.
Dean Dingman made a motion to accept the minutes with one
correction. Dale Parker seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Treasurer Dale Parker gave the Treasurer’s Report. A motion was made
to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read. The motion was seconded
and carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Finding a new meeting place was discussed.
Keith Paskewitz made a motion that we meet at the Golden Corral
until we are unable to meet there for reasons unknown. Adam Shelburg
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
The Club Fun Fly Events were discussed.
There will be monthly Fun Fly’s on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
The Dusk Patrol’s Fun Fly’s will be the 1st
Sunday of each month from April through October.
There was a discussion about installing some sort of a shelter that
is more permanent. Research of a suitable type of structure will be
done.
Dale Parker stated that he has the club
trainer plane and that it is ready to go except for a radio. Adam
Shelburg said that he has a Futaba 4 channel radio he would donate
to the club.
Dale Parker stated we need 5 mower blades replaced on the mower.
Dean Dingman made a motion to purchase the 5 mower blades. Motion
was seconded and carried.
With no further business a motion was made
to adjourn at 7:59PM. Motion was seconded and carried.

Dean Dingman brought a box of plans for
anyone who wants one.
