President Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:12 PM at American
Legion Post # 2 with 10 members present.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes for the May 7, 2008 meeting.
A motion was made to
accept the minutes as read. Seconded and carried.
Larry Puls gave the Treasurer’s report since Dale Parker was unable to
attend due to the severe weather. A motion was made to accept the
treasurer’s report as well as read. Seconded and carried.
NEW
BUSINESS
Larry Puls reported that Tom Price has joined the COBRAS.
Field and fence maintenance were discussed. The tall grass in the
parking lot was discussed and how high to cut the grass. Roger Vaad
reported that he had spent $80.00 for fuel for the tractor.

BUSINESS
George Eheman gave a report on the May 18 Old Timers Fun Fly.
Larry Bailey announced that there would be an all Electric Fun Fly.
Bring anything electric to fly.
With no further business Howard Hough made a motion to adjourn the
meeting at 7:52 pm. The motion was seconded and carried.
