President Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm at American Legion Post # 2 with 13 members present.
It was reported that Don Sholty, Howard Hough and Adam Shelburg had paid their dues.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the February 4, 2009 meeting. Howard Hough made a motion accept the minutes as read. Seconded and carried.
Treasurer Dale Parker is out of town so Larry Puls gave the Treasurer’s report which is the same amount as last month.
OLD BUSINESS
It was reported that the field fences would be installed as soon as the weather permits.
Larry Puls presented Roger Vaad with a Certificate of Appreciation for his field services.
NEW BUSINESS
Dean Dingman reported that everything for the Dawn Patrol events is coming along just fine. Those events will be April 5, 2009, 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm (Dusk Patrol). May 1, 2009 the Dusk Patrol with the same hours is being worked on.
With no further business Howard Hough made a motion that we adjourn at 7:40 pm. Seconded and carried.
SHOW & TELL
Adam Shelburg showed his Coro-star 60 which is a Sig Four Star built from CoroPlast.
Ed Splittgerber showed his Albatross ARF Electric power. He also showed a small Electric Drill set purchased from Sears for $40.00.
Larry Roach won the S.E.5 Bi-Plane Raffle.
