President Larry Puls called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM at American
Legion Post # 2 with 9 members present.

Fehr read the minutes for the October 1, 2008 meeting.
Treasurer Dale
Parker gave the Treasurer’s report. A motion was made by Howard Hough to
accept the minutes and the treasurer’s report as presented. Seconded
and carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Puls
stated he had Tee shirts for sale at $10.00 each.
Larry reported that Bob Martin and John Spalti had died.
We had 3
visitors present, Larry Roach, Steve Jordan and Harold Zimmerman.
The C.O.B.R.A
officers were nominated.

NEW BUSINESS
Dean
Dingman gave a report of the Dawn Patrol event. He gave a run down of
the event to our visitors.
The fence
section was discussed. A motion was made by Roger Vaad to draw money
out of the Treasury to pay the balance for the 2 sections. Seconded and
carried.
The Cobras
yearly banquet will be at the Golden Corral on January 7, 2009 at 6:30
PM.
Larry Roach won
the Club Raffle for an airplane kit.
Dean Dingman
brought 2 lens cleaning kits for door prizes.
As there was no
further business, a motion was made to adjourn at 8:10 PM.
