Vice President Adam Shelburg called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM
at Sapp Brothers Restaurant with 16 members present.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the
November 2, 2010 meeting. A motion was made to accept the minutes as
read. The motion was seconded and carried.
Treasurer Dale Parker gave the Treasurer’s
Report. Roger Vaad made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report as
read. The motion was seconded and carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Roger Vaad was unable to get the tractor
winterized because of the weather.\
NEW BUSINESS
Dale Parker presented the budget
requirements for 2012. A discussion was held by the group regarding
how to meet the required 2012 budget. Steve Jordon suggested that we
might ask for donations. Mike Bergan suggested that we contact Steve
Culver with A.M.A. for a grant of $500.00 for flood damage. Also, we
are asking for donation’s which some members already have given. The
last option would be to raise the dues which are currently $30.00
per member per year. Members hope that we won’t have to raise the
dues.
The Christmas party was discussed. A motion
was made to have the part at Golden Corral on January 4, 2012 at
7:00 PM.
A discussion was held regarding the
election of club officers. Secretary Lynn Fehr and Treasurer Dale
Parker stated that they would fill another term. The current Vice
President Adam Shelburg stated he will be moving out of the area in
March 2012.
With no further business Roger Vaad made a
motion that we adjourn at 8:20 PM.
SHOW AND TELL
Steve Jordan displayed and flew his new
dual combat helicopter set which cost $99.00. They can shoot each
other down which causes a 10 second delay before flight is
reinstated again.
Don Dugan brought some old aviation
magazines that were free to any member who wanted them.
