President Larry Puls
called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm at American Legion Post # 2 with
12 members present.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the September 2, 2009
meeting. Keith Paskewitz made a motion to accept the minutes as read.
Seconded and carried.
Treasurer’s report was not given, as Dale Parker was absent.
Dale did call into Secretary Lynn Fehr and reported the Treasurer’s
Report.
Lynn Fehr read a paper of “Anecdotes Concerning Cobra Men”
that was written by Arlene Sheely around 1969.
Ed Paasch of the OMAHAWKS invited the COBRAS Club to help at
the annual auction. 4 people volunteered to help on October 18, 2009.

Larry Puls passed out prizes from the Dawn Patrol event.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Puls
requested nominations for club officer. No nominations came from the
members present. A motion was made for nominations to cease. Ed
Splittgerber asked if the current officers would serve. The current
officers accepted. Final vote for officers will be at the November 4,
2009 meeting.
With no further business a motion was made to adjourn at
7:58pm. Motion seconded and carried.
SHOW & TELL
Larry played a CD-Rom slide show of 140 pictures using Ed
Splittgerber’s HP Laptop. John Ord displayed his new T-34A ARF
Kit.
