President Adam Shelburg called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm at
Sapp Brothers Café with 11 members present. This will be our new
monthly meeting place.
Secretary Lynn Fehr read the minutes of the
September 7 meeting. A motion was made to accept the minutes as
read. The motion was seconded and carried.
Treasurer Dale Parker read the treasurer’s
report. A motion was to accept the report as read. Motion was
seconded by Dave Piper. Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Dale Parker gave a report on the equipment
(mower and tractor) status. He said he regreased the bearings and
did any maintenance required.
NEW BUSINESS
Harold Zimmerman suggested we redo the
pilot bases to bring them up to a level with the surface to ground
level. He will check on the cost of 18”x 15” blocks and the required
quantities. Also, there was a discussion regarding road grading and
repair.
Dale said the Roger Vadd stated that the
push mower needed to be replaced.
With no further business Dave Piper made a motion that we adjourn at
7:32 pm. The motion was seconded by Chuck Hall. Motion carried.
Members stayed around and visited (hanger
flying).
SHOW AND TELL
Dave Piper showed some pictures that were
aviation related. Some of the pictures were from the Boeing Museum
with many aircraft on display for viewing.
